"This Dick’s location was recently renovated and has been completely overhauled. It offers a wide variety of sporting goods, clothing, and more! The sheer size is fairly impressive and the decor of the store is definitely thought out. It’s definitely worth a walk around the store to see the different amenities they offer from a simulation batting box, rock climbing wall, and repair services! It did take a bit of time to find the item I was looking for, but overall I would say that the renovation was for the better."

"I went yesterday to get my mountain bike tire replaced and I am very happy with the service. It took about 20 minutes and cost less than $21 dollars for parts and labor. Will definitely be going back the next time I have bike issues and highly recommend the service department."

"Went in to purchase some shoes and took nearly 10 minutes to be helped. Not sure how they seem so over staffed with nobody willing to work. When someone finally offered to “help” they told me they had what I was looking for and he just never returned. I saw him sitting by the entrance of the inventory room chatting with coworkers. Every time I’d look over he would pretend to walk back there but quickly return to his conversation with his coworker. When your job is customer service I expect you to help out customers. The kid working in the shoe department with disgusting sideburns and unprofessional attitude is costing your business money."

"Great new look and refresh! Love the baseball section and shoe section for sure. Definitely check out the new store as you’ll enjoy as they have a variety of sports gear and much more. The new batting cage is small but the hit trax is cool. We haven’t tried the rock wall but love how they have it."
