"My wife was driving our children back home from Lynchburg in a Toyota Sienna that's 12 years old showing 145K miles. Vehicle is very road worthy and has been regularly maintained. When it stopped I made the arrangements from our home using online resources and read good things about the 76 Gas Station service folks. I paid for a tow to his shop and my family waited out the weekend. Paul took care of my emergency repair quicky (dropped off on Friday afternoon and ready to go on Monday afternoon) and was super polite and helpful throughout. My cost was $662 for an alternator replacement. 45 minutes down the road, the van began spewing cooling through a broken radiator neck. Paul was quick to fit me back in (same day) and made the repair quickly. He also discounted the repairs $82 in labor. We both knew that his guy broke the radiator neck during the alternator replacement. Total cost for both repairs including two tows? $1403.56 $85 (1st tow), $662 (alternator), $167 (2nd tow), $489 (radiator). My beef is with the 100% markup on a radiator that his guy broke. I'm glad my wife was paying attention to the warning lights and we didn't up in litigation over a replacement engine."
