"I was able to find one of the two styles of shoes I was looking for - on sale; however, there was an excessively long wait in line to check out. Once I made it to the checkout counter, I was asked if I wanted to be added to their email list. I, politely, told the cashier - TWICE - I waited in line long enough, I just wanted to check out and leave. If she had tried to press the issue one more time, I would have left without purchasing the shoes. I am not reconsidering future visits to this store, even if it means I have to pay more elsewhere."

"Save yourself a trip and order your shoes online because they've gone downhill with their service. They have a lot of shoes to choose from however they never have the sizes that you need then they want to order them for you and that's disappointing when you take your time to drive there and you find the shoes you want then they don't have your size. Their prices are really high for all their shoes. Bye DSW!"

"Alex was awesome to talk to over the phone. A pair of shoes that I ordered online was delivered today. I called DSW on Midlothian to see if they had another size for me to exchange. Alex (store employee) was so accommodating, friendly, and helpful. I didn’t want to wait the traditional 2-3 days for the refund to hit my account to repurchase the shoes. He suggested doing a merchandise store credit, that way I will have immediate access to my funds and reorder the shoes the same day! Shout out to Alex! Thank you for exceptional customer service! Also shout out to Maggie (the cashier), for good customer service when I went in-store to return the shoes."
