"I absolutely love the Staff and Dr. Erica Blackburn she is the most amazing doctor, I found her a few years back. I don't plan on ever going to another doctor again unless she stops practicing or I move out of state. She is very caring and she trys her hardest to help you get better, or find other solutions."

"I’ll start by saying that Erica is very kind. The issue comes in when it’s time to get answers. I’ve had blood work done and a couple of other tests... it is VERY difficult to get results. I have had to call MULTIPLE times in order to get any results and even then nothing is explained. I’ve asked for print offs of my results so that I could look at them myself and determine what my next step should be. It has been frustrating to say the least. Just today I called about results to a heart monitor I wore for almost a month. I turned it in almost 3 weeks ago. Originally I was told by Erica that it would take a week to get results. It is going on 3 weeks now. The receptionist just told me that it would take about 2 weeks and when I told her it has been that long... she said it could take 4 weeks. It’s a constant run around. If you’re suffering with illness and looking for answers so that you can feel better, this isn’t the place to go."
