"My experience was very good. The people where so kind and helpful. The speed at which things moved was a bit fast for me being a older man, my problem. I do wished I was prepared more for the changes and the process of which I am now going thru. I think it would be better to get information about the process from the professional I am going to rather than relying on other places to get the information. I just didn't know what to expect and what questions to ask since I had not gone thru this before. The information wasn't offered or given, so it has me in quite a bit of discomfort at this time. Maybe the questions I have now will be answered at my next appointment."

"Very friendly office staff, from the dentist to the hygienist, to technicians and management. They do well to communicate details in simple terms and show patience and kindness to all their patients. They went overboard to accommodate my wife and I for back- to-back appointments since we were coming from an hour away just so we could save time and gas. (Thanks Megan!)"

"I had the most pleasing experience working with Aspen. They were extremely accommodating and helping me get in quickly and with follow up needs. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. They were very informative in terms of my dental needs, what I need to do first, and with follow up in referrals. I will be returning to them for services even though I live quite a distance away. I highly recommend them."

"Where do I even begin….I called them to schedule a visit to have a tooth pulled. I have Medicaid so I’m paying out of pocket for this, which at the point in time I didn’t care I couldn’t take the pain any more. They told me that my first visit and X-rays would be free. Well they scheduled my visit but I couldn’t wait that long so I did a walk in visit. I ended up having to pay $94 out of pocket just to be seen and have an X-ray they told me would be free. After the X-ray they were going to have to wait and talk to the manager and scheduling my appointment to have the tooth pulled but she was late so they said she would call me. Waited all day and nothing. Called 4 times the next day left 4 voicemails and still no call back, and same with the day after that. I finally get through and they had a opening for this past Thursday October 5 2023 so I said yes I’ll take it. They told me how much it would be and I said okay. So I go in Thursday when I was suppose to, she came in numbed me left to numb other patients and came back. She told me I would feel pressure which I knew because I’ve have teeth pulled before. But this pressure was like no other. I gripped the chair screaming and crying, and she keep saying your doing great hold tight we are almost done. Finally she was done, she left the room. They didn’t give me anything for pain or even papers saying what I could or could not do. They just walked me to the front door and told me I was good to go. They didn’t even ask for payment. They numbing wore off faster then anything I’ve ever seen before. I could hardly open my mouth my jaw hurt so bad. Fast forward to today October 10, 5 days after having it done. I’m just now realizing there still might be a piece of tooth still in there and I’m still in pain and my jaw still hurts and I can hardly open my mouth all the way without feeling pain…."
