"My Mercedes needed a lot of work mainly a new fuel pump and and a valve body for the transmission and Sam assured me that the car was worth the cost to fix it, even offering to do the transmission work at a big discount from what it would usually cost. However, after he completed the fuel pump work he told me that the transmission work would cost more than he expected and said that he didn't want to do it anymore. He did do a good job fixing the fuel pump, but he shouldn't have made promises he can't keep especially when I already paid for all that expensive work !"

"Absolutely the best place for my 2011 CLS550. I originally took my 550 to another mechanic because MBH is booked out about 2 months. Huge mistake. My previous mechanic misdiagnosed my vehicle which in turn might cause me to replace the transmission. However MBH has such knowledge and experience that my car was correctly diagnosed and serviced correctly. Because of MBH my transmission is doing much better and so is my coolant system! I am not 100% out of the woods on having to possibly replace my transmission because of the previous shop but my 550 will only be looked at and repaired at MBH moving forward. Including any other Mercedes-benz I purchase. Extremely recommend MBH!"

"So glad I found the best Mercedes Benz repair shop in all of virginia.. They are courteous, very helpful and professional with reasonable and fair prices.. You cannot ask for more than that. Yesterday I was there dropping off my SL for battery repair after they helped me get it running so I could avoid an $85 towing bill. I had to walk a couple blocks to get my other car and it started pouring rain... Without me even asking their new front desk associate who's name eludes me at the moment, goes and fetches her umbrella for me to borrow so I didn't get soaking wet. As a four time Mercedes owner, I highly, highly recommend them.. Keep up the great work MBH"

The customer service is absolutely exceptional and far above and beyond anything you will receive at a dealership and you will pay a fraction of the cost for your vehicle repairs and maintenance. Sam is committed to ensuring his customers are safe and satisfied and has a work ethic that is bar none. On my first experience he assisted me on the phone and after hours over the duration of multiple weeks to address a problem caused from a simple oil change at the dealer. His help ultimately resulted in them doing the repairs at no cost but it was an uphill battle the entire time and would not have happened without his help.
