Take 5 Oil Change

"Not typically the type of person to leave reviews but I’ve honestly never had an experience this bad, anywhere, ever. Was there for less than 5 minutes and the staff was extremely rude. To her credit, summer was a little more subtle about her being so annoyed that I was there, but Dylan was unbelievably rude. The way he spoke to me was gross and unwarranted as I’d been there less than 5 minutes. Honestly they both just seemed annoyed at someone pulling in while they were empty. It was 5:30. They close as 8. Maybe show a little more grace to perfect strangers, let alone people paying you to do the work you clearly hate. I didn’t let them change my oil, I told them to close my hood and left."

"The take five location was great and no complaints. But when I called to see how much an oil change is, they gave a different price than what it Actually was. Yes, I gave them all my information. $62 Was the price they gave over the phone. But $87 when i got there. When I told the workers about the information of the price, they said that this happens all the time."

The assistant manager was the main associate I spoke to. He was also very friendly, knowledgeable and had top tier service. I will definitely be returning."
