"Was a normal fast food experience. Frys were old, chicken ranch wrap was tiny, and was told to pull up because it was gonna take longer. About normal for the area but still not a great experience when being in a hurry."

"Cashier was friendly. Forgot that she gave us our food. Food was OK. Hot ham and cheese was great. The $2.99 double cheeseburger may as well have been a McDonald's mcdouble. Bun looked like it had seen better days. I ordered the one with bacon and no bacon to be seen. Being that we were on our way back to Norfolk I did not go back to get it fixed. Kids meals were ok."

"I honestly don’t know why I bother to go there. Last month I placed an online order because I was feeding a family of 6 and getting a lot of food. I get there and it hadn’t even been started. Waited an hour for them to get my order. Checked it in the store and was missing an item. Told the cashier and she cussed me and my boyfriend out said we were liars that she knew “Damn well” put our food in the bag all while yelling and slamming her fingernail on the counter. Boyfriend asked for money back and she refused to give it back. We asked for a manager and when he came out the lady told him and they still wanted to argue with us and refused us our money back. After a bunch of arguing and showing them our bags we got our item. Then today 10-16-23 I go there and I let them know I’d like to place a big order. The manager took my order. He immediately got mad huffed and puffed and before I could even finish he walked away and started to make food. So when he decided to come back I finished saying my order and waited patiently. Once my order was done I asked for some sauce and the manager got mad and threw it in the bag. So I then walked to my car with my food and checked the bags and sure enough I was missing an item. I go back in and ask a lady about it and she said talk to the manager. So she goes in the back and tells him. And he starts yelling calling me a liar saying he knows he put it in my bag. I’m assuming they thought I couldn’t hear but I did. So then he comes out and says “what are you missing”? I told him and he goes are you sure you ordered that many I said yes sir. He turns around and what do you know there my item was laying right there. I don’t know how someone so rude is a manager and I don’t understand how it’s so hard to do your job. Won’t be going back that’s for sure"

"The man who took our order was friendly and that's the only good thing about this visit. Our food order was given piecemeal so we didn't get to eat at the same time. The $28 8-piece chicken meal was given to us in a dirty box, and we received 3 thighs and 1 breast instead of two of each. When I asked about it, I was told bluntly "that's all there is". We were dining in at about 4:30 so there should have been plenty of all pieces. No partial refund was offered. One thigh smelled bad when I took off the breaded crust. Another thigh was still quite red inside. There were also flies and beetles crawling around the floor near the counter. The bathroom was disgusting. We'd rather eat at a gas station than return to this Hardees."

"Should have listened to the reviews. Ordered through the drive-thru and it took forever to get to the window. Got the Nashville hot tenders and fries with a drink. There's floating bits in my drink, fries were cold and the Nashville hot just has a powdery chalky dry rub on them. Not to mention the tenders were like leather. They went in the trash. 12$ wasted."
