"Absolutely horrible experience. I had minor dents on the rear of my car. They took 7 weeks to repair further damage that they caused when installing a new lift gate. Do not use this repair shop! Reply to the below: I would sooner pay to bring it to another shop before returning here. The paint job is terrible. 7 weeks for an unacceptable repair is beyond bad. And when I requested that they reduce my charge because of my terrible experience they said no we stand by this work. Laughable. I feel bad for anyone who gets fooled by the suspect 4 stars on Google. Check yelp!"
"The car looks great. It took some time to get the parts (not the collusion center’s doing), so it does take some time depending on the damage. George communicated when the estimate changed due to more internal damage or parts needed."
"If I could give this company zero stars I would. The woman at the front desk is extremely rude and unprofessional. I was involved in a collision as a woman ran a stop sign. After calling and being told this shop was accepting Geico client vehicles, I informed the adjuster to have my vehicle towed to this company. The insurance company had a towing company bring my vehicle here only to be denied by the woman at the front desk. I NEVER received a phone call to inform me my vehicle was denied. My insurance adjuster was never notified. I found out because I went after work to fill out the authorization form. Not only did the woman prioritize her phone call on her personal light pink cased cell phone as two other employees sat on the counters behind her but when I introduced myself and said I need to fill out forms I was rudely told “nope I denied it” after asking why I was again rudely told “because we are not accepting Geico client vehicles”. I informed her that 4 hours before I was told that my car was accepted and okay to tow to the shop in which she replied “things change” I asked where my vehicle was and I was given advice to call the tow truck driver. I called the insurance agent and he didn’t even know my vehicle was denied. This woman was so inconsiderate to notify the owner and insurance company of HER decision. Both myself and the adjuster finally found my vehicle which was on the back of a tow truck bed heading to the impound for “unclaimed vehicles”. Best advice I can give: do not ever use Southern Collision."
"The people here are awesome!!! Alyssa was kind enough to drive me to Enterprise to pick up my rent a car and even made sure I was taken care of before she left. While my truck was being repaired we noticed that we had left my daughters Pom Poms in the truck. It was my daughters first game of the season. Alyssa and Aaron made getting the Pom Poms for my daughter a priority without hesitation! I thought this was amazing!!! I recommend this center because they actually care about you! Thanks Southern Collision!!!"
"My car has been at Southern collision sense April 28 2023. I have yet to receive my car back it’s now September 6 2023. All I get is the run around talking me it will be ready tomorrow. That’s day come than it the next day. Still no car, someone that’s in charge besides Craig who stood in my face the day before and promised me I would have my car back today… but today more excuses the part is in but the electrician is not there. I have been paying 235.00 a week for a rental car sense the end of my , now it September still no car. Damage was nothing major at all . I could have been driving my car until the parts came in.. just sad how you are treated when a repair shop has the upper hand. Always parts on back order. The manager had no clue what was going on.. once I called back today all of a sudden he’s busy for the rest of the day. Why because he lied to me…I will never recommend this business to no one. I hope they are not on USAA five star list because I’m going to write them as well about my son experience."
