"Had to get a minor repair to my vehicles front bumper. Went to one body shop and they didn't even look at it. I was told the next estimate appointment wasn't till Wednesday, today was Monday. Went to Fischer's and was helped by Derrick. I told him I had a minor situation with my front bumper I wanted taken care of. What ever he was doing when I walked in, he immediately walked out to my vehicle to look at my problem. Instead of telling me he didn't have time, could I bring it back another time, he jumped right on it and took care of my issue. Talk about A-1 customer service, if I, anyone in my family, friend or associate need body work done, it's Fischer's, no doubt it. You need some body work done, go to Fischer's FIRST!"

"I’m a little late writing this review because I picked up my car from them in late September, but they were the absolute BEST at Fischer’s! I got into a car accident right at the end of a trip visiting my fiancé in Norfolk, my car was totaled and I was looking for a place that could fix my car on only the amount my insurance gave me because I’m a broke college student who can’t really afford more than that. Fischer’s auto body pulled off a miracle. They told me they were able to find me used parts for the vehicle to bring the price down, and you would never be able to tell. My car looks brand new. It looks better than when I first got it. Because I am from out of state, and would have to pick up the car while the shop was closed because of when I could make the five hour trip, Keith (the owner and I hope I spelled his name correctly) was able to let me pay over the phone and lock the keys in the car for me since I had a second set and could still get into the car. He also knew I was making a long drive right after getting it, and that I couldn’t really come back just in case. He thoroughly made sure everything in my car was good because of this, they even went through and plugged up a leak in my tire I didn’t know I had, and they went through and filled up all of the fluids in my car for me. Overall this shop has INCREDIBLE costumer service, even throughout the back and forth I found myself in because of dealing with my insurance they worked with me through everything the whole time no complaints and were so understanding. Everyone I ended up chatting with over the phone throughout my car being there were super nice! I could not recommend this ship enough! Any work that I may find I need done while I’m in the area, or any work I find my fiancé needing on his car, I will only strictly take my car to Fischer’s auto body."

"Mr. Fischer is the sweetest man ever! He took his time with me to make sure that I understood my estimate. He made sure that the job was done on time, and that it was done right. He kept me informed the whole time my car was in his shop up until it was time for me to pick it up and answered all of my questions. No one else could beat his price, and I love that I am supporting a local small business!"

"A truck moved into my lane and pushed me off the road, so I needed a body shop. I called around to several places first, but none could help me. They referred me to Fischer's! I called Keith, got an estimate the same day, took the car in the following week, and the work was done in exactly the time he said it would. I needed a new rear passenger door, a new rim, and a new rear bumper. They look amazing. I'm sorry they aren't a business I need to deal with regularly (fingers crossed), but if I have more body work, I know where to go. I highly recommend Fischer's."
