"I spent Monday mattress shopping and came across this store outside of valley view mall. I walked in, was greeted immediately, found something I liked and in less than 15 minutes I had purchased and was out the door with my new king mattress. Their customer service is magnificent."

"Needed to cancel the order after leaving a deposit. Customer service could not refund deposit until order was cancelled. Went to store to cancel order. Associate was not able to cancel order. Associate is trying to reach other associates for help. Associate said corporate issues refunds, not the store. This is very frustrating. Businesses are quick to take your money and reluctant to give it back when rightly due. Be absolutely sure (100%) that you will not need a refund because it is very frustrating. I’m sitting in the store waiting now …"
