"I dropped off my car but I told the staff that I would be staying and I was told it might take 3 hours. Four hours later I came to the desk, asked the situation but surprisingly the car not even looked at and no updates. I spent my precious time for nothing. All in all the place is not customer friendly, no respect to the customer"
"I’ve had a terrible experience every time I come here. From the car buying process all the way to getting simple services done such as an oil change. They continuously treat me poorly here, even to the point of wanting to trade in my car to go with another company. The first time I bought my car, they sold me a car with a dead battery. The battery went out within 24 hours of me buying a vehicle. When confronted about it, they gave me so many issues and I had to threaten to return my car to get a new battery. Less than a year later, it goes out again. I call an advisor and they were actually very helpful and even told me that that was not common. I brought it in to get it replaced. The service manager and Ken made me wait 4+hours and let other customers that came in hours after me get serviced first. On top of that, they blamed me and told me I would need to pay for another battery. I should’ve traded my car in then and there but I still allowed them another chance. I recently came in just for an oil change. My advisor was Nicole. She was very nice compared to all other service providers. Ken remembered me from last time and refused to service me and made me wait while he called other clients in front of me. My drop off time was 9:30 and I brought it at 9. Mind you this service was initially for an oil change, but changed into a safety recall and brake bulb fix. They closed at 5:30 so I went to pick it up at 5pm. When I arrived, come to find out, they never did oil change. Not surprising. They service department closed at 5:30, so I had to wait another full day to get my car back for things so simple. Service advisor Shy was so nice and helped during this time as everyone else clearly didn’t care. I applaud all actually technicians as I watched them do their job and do it well. However, the service advisors need better training and maybe even replaced. I would give this company a 0 if I could and don’t recommend buying a car here ever. I plan on trading this car in and going with a different company. Please be aware!!!!!"
"I was very well taken care of and most importantly to me was that Leigh and Ken listened to the issues I had. They were addressed and Leigh went out of her way ( a very busy lady I might add) to do the research necessary to solve my problem. Kenneth was equally helpful the next day with the product I brought in for my oil change. He acted quickly to identify and correct my error and in notifying me with the issue and solution. I cannot say enough nice things about them and their entire staff who all had smiles and acted as if I was the most important customer they had. Whatever they are getting paid it is not enough."
"I bought my brand new 2022 Santa Fe hybrid, last year and have had it serviced several times through the service center. I have never had a bad experience! Today once again Kenneth provided top notch customer service! He paid attention to detail and made sure everything was taken care of to include the recalls. He was friendly, funny, knowledgeable and efficient! Excellent service! I highly recommend this place for service as well as car buying! Thank you!!"
"Liz was great, kept me updated for the most part. However, my oil change, state inspection, and tire rotation took two days. My headlights were taken out and not reconnected when they were out back in. Also, my tire pressure light has been on since I left, wasn’t on before and I’ve filled up my tired since then, light still won’t turn off. they also tried to charge me $1,600 for headlights. That’s kind of ridiculous. Overall, I’m grateful for Liz and her kindness, not happy with any other part of my visit."
