"I almost missed it because it was on a corner and hard to reach. I had to park by a lot of old rusted cars to reach the door. Once inside there was no place to stand or sit and it was dirty. I was greeted by a nice, friendly young lady who asked me if she could help me. I told her I wanted a state inspection for my car. She asked an older man, who told me that I would have to get there early to have it done but to hurry up because he only had a certain number of stickers. I told him thank you and left."
