"My experience with Lloyd at Casey was amazing. He took care of me from another state. Was so professional as well Demetrius our sales Rep.. The best car purchasing experience I have ever had."
"I drove to Casey from Suffolk to Newport News Virginia today To get an oil change on my Bentley. Prior to me coming here I called and made an appointment and they said they ordered a special part for my Bentley’s filter. I called this morning before driving such a long way and asked if the filter came in and they said absolutely. I sat for over two hours, and when the man came back with my keys, he told me they ordered the wrong part and no one knew therefore, I have been sitting here all day for no reason and it’s 4:00 PM now I have to fight traffic to get back please do not waste your time coming here. If you have a Bentley and you want to get a oil change it is a ridiculous process for no reason.. And to top it all off zero compensation"
"I agree with another review I read, one star is even too good for Casey’s. I had been very dissatisfied in the past and was using another dealer for a while. Since they are closer to where I live I thought I’d try them again. BIG MISTAKE!! Their service is still just as bad and now they won’t even provide a loner car. Besides, they always seem to find something else wrong and you sit in their waiting area for HOURS! Most importantly the prices they give you on the phone are totally wrong! They become completely different when you get there. That’s giving out false information and should be illegal. I will not be back anymore. I’ll drive the distance to get better service!"
"I truly wish I could give negative stars - I feel bad even awarding them the one. We had our x5d towed to Casey BMW for a broken fuel line. We informed Casey that there was also an emergency brake sensor error; we were aware of that and were going to have that fixed at our regular dealership in Maryland. They gave us an estimate for the fuel line repair, we approved it and authorized them to proceed. 2 1/2 weeks passed without any updates - when attempting to see when we could pick up our car Casey kept telling us that they were "still diagnosing the emergency brake error". They were told on multiple occasions to only fix the fuel line. Casey said that the fuel line repair was complete. My husband told them to have the car ready for pickup the following day, Casey agreed. When my husband arrived at the Casey service department (and paid more than double of the original estimate, all those "diagnostics") he was told that our car was "up front". It was not. A service department employee then went to get our car, drove it up, handed my husband the keys and told him to "have a nice day". The car was in unbelievable condition. Totally filthy inside and out, the center console was disassembled with the cover hanging on by wires. The screws were scattered on the floor. The rear view mirror was loose, literally hanging by a thread. These people may be able to sell used Ladas from a Russian potato field - they should most certainly not be affiliated with BMW in any way. We've owned BMWs for twenty years, both here and in Germany. I am beyond disgusted by the "service" Casey BMW clearly considers appropriate. If you told me this dealership had been taken over and was now being run by local crackheads I would not blink an eye. Seriously - go anywhere else. Note to Casey: Don't even bother to reply with some canned "Please contact the service manager" nonsense."
"2023 BMW X5 ;Went to pickup the car after the second time in the shop for the TPMS system showing low tire pressure even after servicing the tire. 1st trip they refreshed the programming which took a few days and no loner car available. Second trip back for the same issue they found a small nail in the tire. Ok I get it, I had the warranty and they replaced the tire. Go out and find the rim gouged and scuffed with the old adhesive from the previous weights. They tell me we can sand and paint the spots. NOPE this car has 12,000 miles on it and it didn't go in that way. Replace it and do it right is what I told him, he said the service manager will tell me no. More to come. I expect a level of professionalism that’s it. Do it right and care about what you’re doing at all levels. Update: talked with the service manager today and he honestly understands why I was angered. They are supposed to be ordering a new rim and when this is done I will follow up again. Right direction and adjusted to 2 stars. Update: Still waiting and haven’t heard back from them. I would like to add however their sales team was fantastic. The service department needs to figure out what the sales department is doing right. This is the 3rd new vehicle I have purchased from the Casey Auto group. If things don’t get better quick it will be the last. On a good note I can take the car elsewhere to get serviced."
