"Great experience at this dealership when purchasing my brand new Kia. My sales advisor Raheed, was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. He was able to walk me through the entire process, and through my cars features, which helped significantly. He was also very responsive to my questions through txt, which made the whole communication process significantly easier. Although I had some issues with the financial advisor, overall the dealership employees are extremely nice and professional. Once my car was ready for pick up, I was advised I could come get the keys. Once at the dealership, they had my car in a bay ready for me to take delivery with a bow on it. This is a great idea and it got me even more excited about my purchase, as it truly felt like a present. (I bought for myself, but still!) I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car, and wants a straightforward and fast purchasing experience."

"Took vehicle in for recall ended up having 3 but they acted as if they didn't have time to look over certain things pertaining to my vehicle before the warranty expired it was oh my technician didn't have time to check this or that no loaners were available so they reserved an rental for a week which was cool but once the week was up no one called to let me know the status of my car in which I had to pay out of pocket for an extra day I've never experienced anything like this before where the technician couldn't do anything just glad to have my car back"
"Ryan and the young lady that always works beside him, these two are definitely the glue. Without their warm presence helping each person as they come into the service desk this place will probably not be a place I'd like to come too often. I look forward to coming to have the work done on my car. However, I don't look forward to the bill that I get. But Ryan has always been a really nice. He's a kind gentleman who has helped me out a lot with my decisions as far as what I should really have done. He doesn't force me into anything when I need my car fixed and I don't have the money because he understand. I like that the lady always gives great conversation as well. I know anytime I come in here whether I'm happy or sad I always leave out feeling really good and happy because of their treatment. So first team staff service staff job well done."
