"Service was horrible. Had my vehicle 4 months almost and was still ordering parts. Is this how a professional shop handle there business? You would think they would be better organized. The person in charge of my repair was very rude on our first encounter. So I had my car removed from the shop. The manager that was supposed to call with some type of resolve never called so people please take your vehicle elsewhere or suffer the loss you about to encounter. Thanks for your response finally. I was not rude until your representative came out rude to me, the lady I met at the counter was very nice as I was to her, but your representative came out rude so I responded rude and my car is almost done just waiting for another part you guys didn't order. Teach your people how to talk to people and there would be no issues point blank. So your service gets a F except for the lady at the counter. Thank you for being nice lady at the counter wish I knew your name."
"I've spent $50,000 here on body work over the past 8 years. They do great work and they stand behind it. Never had a bad experience. Johnny's always been great. Enterprise is on site so no worries on rental needs."
"They did a good job repairing my vehicle after I was the victim of a hit and run. But I will probably use a repair shop not affiliated with my insurance if I have to use it again. I experienced much more push back for my repairs than I have at independent shops not tied to insurance companies."
"I had taken my Cadillac Escalade to another repair center that was referred by my insurance company. When I got my vehicle back, the paint job and work quality was not satisfactory. I called my insurance agent back to express my disappointment and they referred me to Suttle Collision repair center. Their staff was very friendly and willing to help me with my dilemma immediately. Tracy and John from their team went above and beyond to repair the paint job that the other company couldn't do. I'm very satisfied with the overall quality of the work and the great customer service that their team provided."
"Took my 2019 Honda Acord there for repairs after a relatively minor collision. After more than $10,000 in repairs I got it back. Color on parts they painted are close but a little darker. No picture because while mildly annoying I trust they were painting to factory color code. Now the problems The night after I picked it up it rained, and that's when I discovered they stripped the wiper arm so the driver's wiper didn't work. Took it back and they fixed that. Other items were harder to notice so I'm only seeing them now. They failed to put the fender foam back in (or replace) on the driver side fender. Which if I buy it (only $40) I have to take the whole fender off to put it in place. (Part 74105TVA). This is the foam that you have to clean leaves and others out from behind when you open the drivers door. Noticed it was missing as I went to do my start of fall clean out. Passenger door foam is in place, drivers side missing. They didn't replace all the retaining clips under the hood. At least that (Only about $3 each) I can put in place myself. But of course which one? Is it 91512-SX0-003, or 91505-TM8-003, or 90682-SEA-003 or 91501-TR0-003. They broke the hood stay latch and then glued it in place. At least that part is only $10. Didn't notice until weather got a little cooler and the stay latch wants to pop out now. SO ordered a new one and I'll replace. These little things matter. I went to a dealer branded collision repair because they are supposedly better. Maybe they aren't."
