"they didn’t let us in even though we were only fifteen minutes late. the lady was not kind on the phone and didn’t let us in. the appointment was supposed to be very long so it wouldn’t have been a big deal. my orthodontist is very nice and would have been fine with me being a tiny bit late. the receptionist did not know how far away we were yet she insisted on us coming another day. not only that, but our new appointment has to be very far away from where we usually go. the receptionist is making me suffer from the pain of my spacers for a longer amount of time that i wanted to. do not recommend accidentally being a little late because they can’t deal with it for some reason."
