"This dentist has a nice waiting room and pleasant people but the product leaves a lot to be desired. I have worn an upper denture for 60yrs with no problems. In Feb 2020 I saw Dr. Willis for new dentures which would be for me the most expensive teeth ever and was fitted for his "Ultimate Pkg" After a final adjustment in March all was well for 15mths until the night we went to Cracker Barrel for our first sit down meal since the lockdown when I was shocked to learn that I had I swallowed a front tooth on the right side while eating a salad with croutons. Notthing like this had happened to me in 60yrs and I am now back wearing the 14yr old dentures from Moyock that I thought were retired. It had taken over a year to pay for this pkg and now Dr. Willis wants $150 to replace the tooth He tells me this could happen again 2 or 3x because of bones shifting rather than an inferior product. In the past when bones shifted a realignment fixed it, I never lost or swallowed a tooth. This work in my opinion is unsatisfactory and I should receive a refund."

"I did not end up having a good experience with Dr. Willis. He made me feel as if I had just been set up. I started going almost a year ago when I got my top teeth taken out so I can get dentures. After 6 months of waiting he refers me to a gum specialist who did not help at all. When I went back to Dr. Willis. to get my top dentures the 1st fitting was not good. Came back the next week still did not fit comfortably at all. During each fitting I kept saying "It isn't comfortable and the teeth look and feel too big for my mouth" but he and his assistant kept insisting that they were fine. 3rd time going back for another fitting I once again said it wasn't comfortable. He told me the next time I came into the office the dentures would fit better, because they will be set. He told me I needed to sign off on the dentures and that the dentures will fit fine. I went in and of course I was still unhappy with the fitting. He tried reassuring me that they looked fine and told me I just have to get used to them. I wore them all day that day and I could barely close my mouth, let alone lick my lips. And the denture was already making my gums hurt. I tried on my temporary ones I received fit better then the new ones. How is it that the new denture is much bigger then the temporary one. I asked him if there's anything we can do to the temporary or new one to solve the issue and he pretty much said no and if he does he will have to charge me for another set. He stood there and looked right through me as to say, your going to have to live with it. I have spent over $1300 dollars out of pocket with this office and was made to feel pressured, dismissed and uniformed. I left the office crying because this was supposed to help better my life not ruin it. I worked hard and saved up to have this procedure done and he ruined everything I was hoping to obtain. Its a shame how hard working people get used and get treated like your worth means nothing. I wish I would have read these other comments before going to him because If I had I would of never gone to their office. I'm sure he has no problems sleeping at night knowing how he treats his patients (or should I say "SOME" patients). Karma is real."

"My husband had an appointment today and had the worst experience ever. If I could give NO stars I would. He was made to feel less than from the moment he walked through the door. The customer service was horrible. When he attempted to ask the front desk person some questions regarding the procedure costs/estimates and what he would be required to pay he was told he “should have asked those questions when he made the appointment”. Then once he was taken back to the room the hygienist was equally as rude and condescending and refused to answer any of his questions as well. When he voiced his concerns NO ONE in the office was apologetic, NO ONE attempted to answer any questions he had. When the Dr. Willis came in he neither addressed the rudeness of his staff, no made any introductions of himself or talked about the procedure my husband was to have done. My husband decided to not have anything done based on their treatment of him and when he told them they nonchalantly said “make a left to get out”. By far the most disgusting display of poor customer service, especially when complaints are voiced, calmly and politely and go unaddressed and rather further disrespect shown. I would never recommend this practitioner."

"I was referred by Dr. Ford. I am so happy with my results so far. I have a long way to go still. Dr. Willis and all the staff are professional, courteous, patient, compassionate, and so helpful. I am a basket case for the fear I have of dentists. However, this office has really crushed my fear so far. I am amazed by just my 1st cleaning in my life. The results are something I have never imagined. Thank you."

"Dr. Willis gave me back my smile. He did 27 extractions and had my temporary fixtures ready that day. Everyone was curtious and nice. Its a long, painful healing process, but they were with me every step. Once I recieved my final set, Dr Willis and co were always ready to adjust my fixtures as needed. You get what you pay for, these folks are worth every penny."
