"September 4, 2018 Do not TRUST Dr.Megan Mazzarella Fudge during a upper denture fitting I told her it doesn't fit and she shoved the denture in my mouth and held it in place with her thumb and pulling VIOLENTLY on the other side and yelling it fits it fits it slipped out VIOLENTLY AND DISLOCATED MY JAW and RIPPED MY FACE ON BOTH SIDES CAUSING MASSSVE SCAR TISSUE that had to be removed and my jaw put back in place. The ADA AMA and police said she did nothing wrong and she got away with it never even said she was SORRY.AND MY POST FROM WHEN IT HAPPENED IS NO LONGER UP HERE."
