"This dentist is honestly a huge rip off. my experience: I'm very easy going and relax type of person. i'm not easy to leave a bad review it takes a lot for me to do that. with that being said I had to have a root canal done or so she says. which was news to me as i was in zero pain or discomfort but she urges me it MUST be done. the average root canal cost is between $600 and $1,600 without insurance. i did not have insurance and can barley even afford food at the moment. but yet this greedy dentist still had to find someone to take advantage of to pay off her machines. she says oh you need a root canal BUT we can't do the temp cap but we can do the perm cap so you'll have to go to a orthodontist get a 2-3k procedure where they fill it in and do a temporarily cap, just for me to have to go back to her another day to scrape all the filling the orthodontist did and redo the cap as well. which they also charged me over 300$ for the filling they scraped back out alone and then another 1300$ for the permeant cap. When in reality this could all be done at w q aone more EXPERIENCED dentist for a MUCH cheaper price. saving you 3000-4000$. so now we go back to finish the produce her offices procedure and apparently she found another issue she was trying to go ahead and start on before even asking me if thats what i wanted before we had to stop her. At the end of all this come to find out she didn't even finish the procedure correctly and do a bite test and my cap is way to long causing issues while eating. now i have to go back and probably pay even more. Even more after this come to find out this entire procedure between both company's wasn't even necessary because i had a cavity between it blocking it and she knew that but didn't even say it until the procedure was completed. this company is terrible and extremely greedy and does poor quality work. Honestly this dentist is way overpriced and taking advantage of good honest hard working people. will never come back definitely will not recommend to anyone."

"They have like 10 people working there, and one dentist. When Dr Adam's left, who was a Vet with Integrity, the business went south. They need your cash, check your wallet"

"Quality of work is very poor after Dr Peter Adams retired. He was the best. Rushed Novocain job by the new dentist caused me to pass out and be sent by ambulance to the emergency room for facial palsy that lasted 24 hours. After 3 grand in medical bills she was rude and uncaring regarding her mistake. Do not ever go there!"

"The billing department is unprofessional and incompetent. Wendi billed my medical insurance for a routine filling. I have three dental insurances, but she continues to bill my secondary medical insurance as the primary for my dental procedures. I did not give them access to my medical insurance or permission for billing. I have continually asked that my primary and secondary dental insurances be used. I was referred to this practice by a relative. She has also discontinued utilizing this practice due to billing issues. Also, Wendi responded in an inappropriate manner because I asked to be referred to as Dr. Downing and not Kim during our communication. She continued to call me Kim in a condescending manner and said that was my name."
