"My 5 year has been rescheduled 4x 1x because of a cold and they said she wasn't able to have work done but the other 3x were because of Dr.Sai. he made numerous recommendations and seem unsure about what he recommended. So now I'm confused. soon after he asked permission for laughing gas which I really didn't want to do Dr.Sai than proceeds to put a needle in her gums multiple times and struggled to put a guard in her mouth. My child was brave with x-rays, laughing gas, needle and than Dr.Sai just stops midway and recommend we go elsewhere. Are you serious? They Dr.Sai and assistant gave me pictures and told me find another office. The assistant put something on the notes and he erased it and she looked at him as if he was doing something unethical. So I left with a crying child with a sideways mouth. I assume he hit a nerve or became frustrated and gave up. Now I know why there were no children there. Great dentist offices are always filled. That office has declined from doctors to receptionist. I will not be going there again. Since the pandemic things have declined across the board."

"I'm a long time patient of this practice. They have always been on time. This time I waited a good 35 minutes to be called back, then even longer in the chair waiting on the doctor. I understand things can get behind, but call me and tell me to show up L later. It's very disrespectful of my time. Once the doctor showed, she seemed in a rush the whole time, like I was an aggravation. Very disappointed in the service."

I appreciate the fact that they are always keeping up to date and applying the latest technology in what they do the staff is always professional, friendly and courteous. The Hygienist, Michelle is wonderful she is very thorough and takes pride in what she does. She has been my hygienist for over 25 years and does a fantastic job which I really appreciate! During my teeth cleaning appointments she will notice little things during the cleaning session and make me aware of the areas where I need to give more focused attention to and will make professional recommendations on what I should use. Working with Michelle I feel more of it being a collaborative partnership between patient and dental hygienist around my overall dental health. I use to dread going to the dentist but she as well as LWSS family have created such a pleasant experience during my visits that I look forward to my six month checkups!"

"Dr.Smith and his assistant Brenda are the best!!! I have gone to this practice for over 30 yrs. I recently had a molar pulled, Dr. Smith pulled it out very gently. As he was pulling my tooth, he explained everything he was doing, which calmed my nervousness. I only felt a little pressure. There was zero pain during the entire procedure. No pain medication was needed. Next day a little soreness. Brenda is a very sweet lady with wonderful bedside manners. She talks softly and answers all your questions. She clearly explained post extraction instructions and printed me off a copy. They are a wonderful professional team!!!"
