"We were recommended to Dr. Walls by a friend, after our dentist retired. I'm usually very nervous going to the dentist office. I did some research, and read many evaluations on several dentist. My initial telephone conversation to make an appointment went very well, and made me feel that our search was over. On my first visit I read and observed that all safety precautions were in place. The office looked orderly and clean. I liked what I saw. The receptionist, Sandy, greeted me with a smile (although she was wearing a mask). She was friendly and inviting and helped me relax. The dental assistant was also friendly, explained everything she was doing, was gentle, cleaned everything and relieved any anxiety I had. When Dr. Walls examined me, I was already calm and carefully listened to his explanation of my care. He answered any questions I had, did not rush the appointment, and has a jovial personality, which I enjoyed. I've now had several appointments, and feel very confident in recommending his services. When I left the office, I immediately called my friend to thank her for the recommendation."
