"I enjoy my visits at Dr. James Holley IV Dentist on 446 Effingham St. in Portsmouth, VA. Dr. Holley is proficient, he always shows empathy and displays a caring demeanor towards his patients and that means a lot! When I visited the office on Wednesday, October 13, 2021, Dr. Holley as well as his staff were very professional and the service was excellent! I had to have an abstraction done. It took less than 5 minutes and I did not feel a thing!! Dr. Holley was so proficient to the point where I was not aware that he had finished the abstraction. It was certainly a pleasant experience; not what I expected! I felt better leaving the office than when I arrived. Now, here it is a day later and I still have no swelling and no pain at all! Thank you, Lord for this dentist! I would certainly recommend him to anyone!"
