"I stopped by for a diagnostic on a Thursday around 2pm. I was told to bring my car in Monday morning. I left the car at 9am, called at 2pm only to hear a man yelling that it was being pulled in. Called back at 4:45pm, the receptionist said its being pulled in now. I asked if it would be looked at today , she replied no, they close in 15 minutes. If they're too busy to do the diagnostic, then they're too busy to do the work. Never again!"

They fix my issue and my vehicle is running great. If you are looking for that big franchise service but feel like your family, I recommend Al's Auto. I only live not to far from the shop and decided to walk home after dropping my vehicle off. Mr. Al didn't know me but offer to get me a ride home. I was very appreciative that he even cared with me being a first time customer. That made a great impression and I recommended him that day to my family and friends. I will be using him in the future for my vehicle maintenance."
