"I see a lot of 5 stars, but I'm positive that 5 stars aren't true! At least for the older Dr. Francis. Over the course of a year, I had a few fillings and almost immediately they either chipped or I could feel jagged edges...like the filling was shattered. One filling I can take out and put back in!!! When I called to let the Dr. know, it's almost like he was offended that I had the audacity to point out a problem. My insurance company is working with a new dentist to correct ALL the mistakes and see about a refund. I mean really, it's not a good time to have to get needles in your gums!! Don't let that man near your mouth!! You will be sorry."
