"It's comforting to know that Daisy was still my hygienist when I called 1/28 to reschedule my routine q 6 month cleaning,though I had to asked the secretary who will be my hygienist and she has to looked at my profile.For my husband( we go together ) she said Danielle is no longer employed but Kristi ( I am not sure of spelling),she is new employee but experienced,I said ok.The secretary said when I called yesterday 1/28 Monday that there are only 2 openings 1/29 Tuesday at 11 am and it's Daisy and Kristi,so during my call the secretary should already gave me those info to prepare us who should be our hygienist,is the secretary new?Anyway I was slightly anxious specially my husband who will have new hygienist but after his visit he said he likes his new hygienist for she is personable,her hand is light and said she is a Christian,and my husband look forward for his next visit and me August 6 at 11 am,him with Kristi and me with Daisy,make sure it's the same staffs Lord willing.I think Dr.Troisi still need to ck each patient after routine 6 months cleaning to ck patients orally, Daisy did dental x-ray post cleaning and it's a good idea.She said Dr.Troisi saw my x-ray and were good and no need to see me but saw my husband ( being just herself it maybe a problem and unable to ck patients orally post cleaning specially if she is tied up with a procedure.)Thanks.Felicitas M."

Danielle makes an effort in getting to know you/her patients, does not take short cuts cleaning your teeth/mouth and answers any questions thoroughly to the best of her knowledge! She remember small details from my previous visits which is impressive! Truthfully, I can’t say the same about the Dentist but Danielle’s great bedside manners overshadows my not so satisfied experience with the dentist!"
