"They fixed my damaged radiator after a collision that was my fualt. When I received the vehicle back, there was an issue, and when I took it back, they found the issue and put in another new radiator on their dime with a 24hr turn around, very pleased with that. Had an issue a couple weeks later and sent it back, and was toldnit was a different issue and their diagnostics told them the issue, and Jake was 100% right. The repair wasn't cheap, but he didn't have to tell me what he thought was issue, and then when it was, I wasn't blindsided by the damage to my pocket. Very pleased with the Customer Service once again! Thanks again Jake!!!"

"Upon first arrival my technician (Jake) seemed very nice. I was involved in a hit and run and then rear ended within a couple of weeks later. I chose caliber collision because they had so many locations I figured that they would be a great choice. Wrong! The location I went to is on north run and Brook rd. They kept my car for a very long time (a couple of months) stating they wanted to make sure everything was right with the repairs. I picked it up and my husband noticed errors where stuff was not aligned properly. We went in they looked at it and then made a quick adjustment and off we go. Very disappointed that it was such a simple fix when they had the car long enough to make sure everything was correct. Again I find myself going back there to adjust it again because there is obviously something wrong with how they clamped the car back together. Jake seemed to only care when we first came in because his customer service is horrible. The fire he had when we first arrived has fizzled. Luckily I have a lifetime guarantee on the repairs. I will not use caliber again and I do not recommend them, least of all, not this location."
