"I had a nail in my back driver's side tire. I Googled tire shops on Hull St so I called and a gentleman answered the phone I asked were they opened and it was after six he said they close at six but he can still help me. He asked my location at that time I was about 20 minutes away. He said he will be there so when I pulled up he had pulled up also. I didn't know he had left the shop he said it wasn't a problem that he came back. That did put a smile on my face and I thanked him for coming back it was greatly appreciated great customer service. I will be returning in the future whenever I'm in the Richmond area I will also be recommending him to others."
