"Wonderful experience! My service at Devin Schumann was great! Friendly but most importantly, kept me well, updated and called when my vehicle was ready. That’s great customer service! Other places will wait until you call even when you ask them to call as soon as the vehicle is ready. I usually go to Pearson’s which is all the way up Hull Street Rd but this location seems to be more convenient and I get there faster. This may be my new home.for service."
"Tire pricing and other maintenance requirements have been competitive. It doesn’t make sense to visit my membership store for tires, then have to go to another shop for an alignment. My vehicle is always ready as agreed. Thanks Faith!!! Frank Sweet"
"Always professional and courteous, always great, reliable service. I brought my vehicle in on 1/18/24 at 4 pm for a safety check on it before a trip, and they did it for free. Very nice. Their waiting area, complete with comfortable seating, TV, and free snacks, and their free car wash and great vacuums are a nice bonus. Most of all, I appreciate being treated fairly and knowing I can have confidence in the work they do."
"Outstanding customer service! First time going to this shop after moving from the west coast and this location is by far the best my wife and I have been to. Went in for an oil change and was in and out in less than an hour. Also service rep was able to give me itemized quotes of future services that my car would need in the near future and didn’t push any ridiculous services that other shops would usually push onto you. Definitely coming back to this location again for any services that my car would need."
