Jiffy Lube Multicare

"Just stopped by jiffy lube to get my oil changed. When I drove up in my 2015 Nissan Quest I was asked if I wanted a blend or full synthetic. I said blend. I was then quoted I need 6.5 quarts (I only need 5 quarts) and I was told it would be $130. Thats almost double what I paid last time I visited. When I questioned the cost the guy re asked if I wanted blend of full synthetic. I said blend again and he quoted $115. I find it interesting that when I pushed back on cost he acted like he didn't know what kind of oil I wanted after I was originally asked and he stated the type when quoting me.. Not sure if its the guys or the company but I don't trust them, they over charge, and mis quoted information about my vehicles needs. I asked what changed and was told ownership changed and prices went up. Well I can change my own oil. I just thought I would save a bit of hassle since its cold out but apparently not. I just bought oil and oil filter from Walmart for less than $40. These guys spoke to me like I was an ignorant woman who knows nothing about oil or cars. Edit*** I have been to this Jiffy lube many times over the years and have never had this experience"

"This is not the location I normally go to, however I was on that side of town. I pulled up at 7:59 before the doors even opened, and I was still greeted with a smile. The store manager took his time to talk me through the current offers they had, as well as the vehicle service suggestions based on the amount of miles on my vehicle. It did not feel pushy at all, but more so customer-focused and quality driven, and that he wanted to make sure I as the consumer left his establishment as informed as possible. I didn’t feel like just another car they wanted to get in and get out, which is why I will drive across town to visit this location again."

"Employees left my plug unconnected that cause error lights on my dashboard alone starting the vehicle. Had to have them reread my error light to turn them off. Should have checked there work. Still love Jiffy Lube but this was a learning lesson."

"pretty efficient, had a good experience. i like this than the deer run jiffy lube. the people were friendly and you could see exactly what they were doing with your car, and they were explaining everything along the way. this is the only local jiffy lube that accepts groupons that i know of. will be back again"
