"When my 9 year old son crashed his bike and broke the derailleur, we found this store online and took the bike in. They were so friendly and helpful that my son said they should get 3 stars even if they couldn't fix it. But of course they did fix it, very quickly, and at a great price. Then when I bought my own bike from them a few months later, I brought it home and it turned out that the inner tube had been defective. When I brought it in the next day to make sure it wasn't a problem with the bike itself, they checked the bike and replaced the tube at no charge. In short, this is not only the best bike store I've ever been to, it's one of the best customer service experiences I've had in any industry, ever. If you do bike stuff, this is the place you should be going."
