Then I met the most caring, excellent dentist office. The staff are awesome Dr. Price is a very caring thorough dentist."

"I’m military therefore I have been to several dentists for cleaning. This is the only dentist office that I have been to where the dentist only examines the patient and checks behind the dental hygienist ONCE a year. Unacceptable!"

"I gave them 1 star to give a review. They are the worst. It's digusting that they profess to be professionals. Their very sneaky and they lie. That little girl they have as an receptionist. Please don't allow her smile to fool you. When you first meet her. I went there for dentures to this day I have yet to discuss my sole reason for going there. All I was told you can have whatever you like. The sneaky little girl called me the morning of my last appointment there asking me again if I wanted something I didn't ask for after already repeatedly telling her no. While I was freaking out after being told I needed a shot in my gums again for something I didn't ask for. She brought her sneaky self to the back never once telling me to read over a paper to sign. The sneaky snake said I need you to sign the back of this form! No one never sat with me to talk about a plan. She was very disrespectful and rude to the hygienist he attempted to give me a form to take home with me. Ms sneaky nasty snatched the paper and slammed it on the other side of her desk out of my reach never giving me the form to take with me as the hygienist attempted to do so and waved her hand at me saying have a good rest of your day. My last conversation with her I knew she was lying when she said "well we won't charge you". And I have proof she said it. I despise a liar. They charged my insurance anyway. Ms snake kept repeating O you have good insurance they pay for everything. After losing many teeth due to Domestic Violence and having to now battle breast cancer. This is a form of abuse as well bullying! Stealing from someone and lying is a form of abuse and added stress. I was told I needed a root canal. The sneaky girl called me the morning of my last appointment telling me they had an opening for something I repeatedly told her I didn't want again I distinctly told her no I was there for dentures I get there in the chair with a dental assistance the snake comes from the front desk to tell me I need this procedure the assistant went over to Dr Price and imformed him I was freaking out which I was he comes to me rubbing my shoulder to calm me down and says I didn't have to have it that day. After I told them no. Ms sneaky comes to me again and says I need you to sign the back of this. Never once saying read over nothing. Later telling me it's the Dr decision what I need. What about we have a conversation for a plan and I have every right to be given the option to agree or disagree. That never happened the assistant and the hygienist were very courteous and professional. Dr Price and the snake planned it. If he act as Mayor of Newport News the way he runs his practice Newport News need plenty prayer! These are wolves in sheep costumes. Please stay away! I had recruited many others where I live with the same insurance I have to go here thank goodness I was able to warn them to stay away. I would've felt so bad. They would've gone after them too for the insurance! A portion of the bill was denied according to my insurance company because: They BUNDLED some so claimed service with another service and tried to process in this claim. Again being sneaky! My new dentist has assured me I didn't need a root canal. And he looked shocked when I informed him Dr Price office performed a deep teeth cleaning. Upon his exam I still need one. O they tried it! You reap what you sow! PLEASE BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!"
