"These people are advertising on Facebook. The cars they post for sale are most likely bait and switch! I responded on email, Is this vehicle still for sale? They emailed me and ask that I send them my phone number so they can set up an appointment. I called their number and the guy who answered said that the lady that email you is part of our communication center and he could help me. So I asked if the 2020 Honda was still available he hung up on me. Thinking that it might be accidental hang up, I call back. The next guy puts me on hold for 6 plus minutes at which time I hung up. So I emailed them again asking if this car is still available? They responded with how they are the greatest company providing excellent customer service and again asked for my cell number. So I emailed back again about if this vehicle is still available? Still no answer. So I looked up the company and not surprised that numerous complaints of AMKO bait and switch tactics. So save yourself heartache, headache and your time. Shop elsewhere! ."

"Don’t waste your time going to this place. Inquired online, set up an appointment time, and drove an hour out of the way after work to come here to see a specific vehicle which they assured me was there and ready for me to check out. All day they had a sales associate reaching out to confirm my appointment time. When I arrive, they are scrambling to locate the vehicle, keys etc. Long story short, apparently vehicle had already sold and they tried to show me other (more expensive) vehicles that I was not interested in. By the way, the price online does not match the price they quote you in person. Seems to be in line with others experience at this AMKO location. Just stay away and save yourself the time."

"I had a very similar experience as a lot of people. They say the car was one price and then when we arrived to look at the vehicle we were told the price went up $10,000 because they were installing a new motor. We spoke with the owner and got a different answer. He said they misspoke and the car just needed an oil change. I came back with the check from the bank and then I was told the car didn't pass inspection and now is was smoking. They were to find a different vehicle and said that one was no longer on the market. They pulled it from the inventory and took it off line from the website. The next day when I checked, the same vehicle was back on line. No one answers the phone, but when they did, I asked about the car and magically it was on sale again, but it was now $20,000 said another salesperson. The staff definitely need some customer service training. Having spoken with the owner I thought things would have been different, as he told me, but still no car after a month now. My trust for this company has gone out the window. I definitely would not recommend this dealership."
