"I was recommended to Dr. Belt’s practice by a family member. My 6yr old son needed an evaluation of a primary tooth as well as a cleaning/fluoride treatment. I am a self-pay customer and I was able to get him in to be seen the same day and at an affordable rate. I was pleased with the entire experience from the phone call to the end of the visit. I was impressed that he was taken care of by the dentist the entire time, not a hygienist for 95% of the visit like other dentists. He truly enjoys what he does and does great work too. If you’re looking for a new dentist, Dr. Belt is the guy to go to."

"I had been seeing Dr Belt as my dentist for over 10 years. He is mild-mannered and a very pleasant dentist. His office manager is a terrible person. Today, I was in the waiting room for my checkup when she called me a liar (for not knowing that another family member was coming in later for an appointment), told me I didn't pay my bills (not true) and she then offered a list of other dentists to go see. She did all of this with a smirk on her face, was she joking? A few minutes later she said that Dr. Belt was sick (after the nice receptionist had said he would be ready in a moment only minutes before), and that she would call me back to reschedule. I asked her if it had anything to do with the billing thing she mentioned, to which she said she would not answer that, and then asked me if I understood what paying bills was about. She continued to berate me, and all but denied me service. I asked her if I could call her, and she said no she would call me. Then I insisted that I could call her tomorrow to reschedule the appointment and I asked if she would definitely give me an appointment, to which she cryptically answered "I don't know" and "We'll see." As I said, she all but denied me service. Then she went on saying that the family member that was coming in later that day had never been there before, which was incorrect, it was her second time with Dr. Belt. The saddest part about this awful incident, was that he was clearly in the next room and could have come out and settled all of this. So beware, while Dr. Belt is a nice affable dentist, the office manager is a total jerk and harasses you and practically denies you service. It is truly unfortunate that poor business practices are involved with this office."
