"If I could give Dr. Krause a 20, she would have it. First I would like to say I will travel to any location for a GREAT doctor and GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I live in VA and my Doctor is located in MD. I LOVE MY DOCTOR to pieces until I met Dr. KRAUSE. If you are looking for an endodontist that knows what they are doing, SHE is the Doctor for you. I got my root canal done on November 23, 2020 and put it like this, I don't like the dentist but she knows what she's doing. The process was quick, smooth and she informed me of each step of the way when taking care of my root canal. I was always scared of the hype about root canals but this Dr. changed my mind. From start to finish, her staff were helpful, friendly, the office is clean, bathrooms are sanitized, clean and looking great. When she had to give me anesthesia, that process was smooth as well. Overall I am a very happy customer and should I need another root canal or oral surgery, I will be returning."
