"BEWARE! Illegal business practices. Ronni, the office manager, attempted to charge me 2.5x the negotiated insurance rates, which is against Virginia state law, and sent my invalid debt to a collection agency even after pleas with Ronni including written communication to Kittrell Dentistry and direct contact from my insurance company. She refused to let me speak to the owners to let them know what she was doing was illegal. I now need to seek legal action and file a formal complaint with the Virginia state agency. Find another dentist that operates in good faith and doesn’t try to steal money from their patients! Run away!"

"Excellent hygiene during the COVID-19 pandemic! Dr. Matthew is very good at what he does. He cleaned my teeth with little to no pain! Also, he tells you what you need to do better but he never makes you feel extra guilty about it. Also, Keri is wonderful as well! She is not afraid to tell you like it is and is more than happy to answer any of your questions! I would highly recommend them to anyone!"

The routine tooth cleaning appointments are always on time; the staff is very attentive and professional; John is there when he needs to be to talk about one's problems and discuss what to do. Routine appointments are easily scheduled to suit one's schedule and if additional work is needed, a prompt follow-up appointment has always been available. I can't speak to the relative costs, because my dental insurance has always covered the work, thank goodness."
