When I tell you the personnel in this office are extraordinary , please believe me. I have never left this office in pain. Nor am I afraid of Dentist anymore. "When I called for a new patient appointment, they were able to quickly get me in the following week, and I didn't wait anytime in the waiting room. They were already ready for me to go into the back for my xrays! When it was time for my deep cleaning, the doctor was very professional. I didn't feel any pain or discomfort while he filled my cavity or did my deep cleaning. The doctor did such a good job that my gums didn't bleed and i went from stained dingy teeth to beautiful white teeth. I am so pleased with their care and my new smile. Thank yall"

"The WORST DENTAL experience ever. Dr. Varkey DID NOT give me goggles to cover my eyes while cleaning my teeth. He was extremely care free with cleaning my teeth. He barely had a conversation with me. I received a facial bath. My face, hair, neck, and bib was soaked. During my cleaning, if I had not asked to rinse and spit, I would've choked, because Dr. Varkey continued to clean without using the suction tube. The DENTAL ASSISTANT DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH and DO NOT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH. She soaked me and my bib, polished & cleaned part of my teeth, DID NOT rinse the polish, and left the room without saying she was done. I rate this dental office a negative zero. The receptionist had to interpret English for the dental assistant. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional. I watched how they dealt with the other patients in the waiting area & in the clinic…there’s a great possible they are prejudice. I will report this dentist office to the Chesterfield Health Department and I will be filing a complaint with the Board of Dentistry. The WORST DENTIST OFFICE ever. They sent a text message reminding me of my yearly cleaning. I DEFINITELY WON’T BE COMING TO United smiles."

"This place is horrible. The assistants and staff ladies are super sweet, but my review is based on the Drs. It's a long story and way too much to put here, but DO NOT go to this office, especially if you are a Medicaid recipient. Just don't. Rude, unprofessional, disrespectful and aggressive behavior (slamming sharp instruments, arguing with the patient, talking down to the patient, belittling the patient and improper work). I will be filing a complaint with the Board of Dentistry and also the Medicaid office. I will also be speaking with an attorney in the morning."
