"As a person, he's very friendly. Kim is very friendly and nice. The woman that sits up front with Kim should be terminated immediately. In the words of one your patients, that other lady is as helpful as a one legged dog. Upon having a dental emergency prior to the holiday, she said no availability for dental emergencies. The dental emergency is worst now and the emergency number leads you to another dentist that's also on vacation. This doesn't make sense. You must don't talk to each other. A city as large as Richmond should have coverage for a dental emergency. If Richmond were a small town with one traffic light, one dentist, and one physician, then I could understand there not being any dental emergency appointments. This office definitely needs to look in to setting aside time for dental emergencies. Otherwise, you run the risk of pushing your patients to another dentist that can be more accommodating. As it stands, I would not recommend this practice."
