"Dr. Kim has been my dentist since 2010 when I moved back to Richmond area. I drive from Glen Allen to see him in Midlothian because he excellent. My whole family sees him and they always accomodate our schedules and have helped us navigate any insurance issues. He also does not try to upsell you things which happens in many practices. He has been doing this for decades and his expertise and professionalism shines through. One of the best things is their staff is personable and have been there forever so it's like visiting old friends when you go 2x/year for check up. He also does an extremely thorough jobs with cleanings and if you need implants or anything else more specialized he is a specialist so that makes it easy too. I 100% trust and recommend him as a dentist if you are looking for a new one."

"I have been a patient of Dr. Kim’s for many years. He stays very cutting edge with technology and appointments are thorough but very efficient time wise. My teeth always feel extremely well cleaned and checked when I leave. He is also always eager to answer questions or check concerns that come up. The staff is amazing, friendly and very accommodating. I have move appointments in the past with advance notice and it has always been handled professionally. Through the years I have arrived a few minutes late several times and I am always greeted with smiles. I highly recommend this practice for their extremely professional service and patient/client care. 5 stars!"

"I can only share my experience but I think it's worth noting- this place does not know how to treat people. I had one appointment in which I had to reschedule last minute, yet did call in plenty of time. A couple weeks later I had an emergency with my dog in which I was stuck in urgent care all day long and unfortunately had to reshedule again and was told that is completely understandable (as it very much is). Had a new date set and never received confirmation only to find they'd canceled banned me from coming because I rescheduled twice and apparently that makes me an awful person. The receptionist was insulting and disrespectful and I will never give my money or energy to a place that does not deserve new clients if that is how they treat people. Life happens and a business who doesn't respect people who give their hard earned money and very real life situations don't deserve any patronage. There's plenty of great dentists out there, go to one who will respect your time and money as much as their own."
