"I challenge you to find a dental office with more kind, compassionate, friendly and talented staff than Dr. Joyce's Bloom. Before you even get inside the door, the outside is attention grabbing and presents a serene, welcoming aesthetic. In fact, it's how we found the office since we pass it often on our drive home. I have now had multiple appointments and procedures here and from the very first to the most recent visit, I felt completely taken care of and that I mattered not just as a patient, but as a human. My partner has also been to the office and had an equally amazing experience. Scheduling my first visit (and each one after!) was smooth and pleasant. I gave Kim at the front desk my completed initial paperwork printed from their website and was in the chair without delay. She's also been able to help by calling to offer sooner timeslots that free up when other patients cancel, which is so appreciated! The dental hygienist, Jodie, is a bright and curious soul. She was incredible informative and perfectly communicative about every single step of my cleaning -- not a question went unanswered and I felt encouraged to ask. Dr. Joyce is kind and efficient, and in several visits has never made me feel like I had any less than her full undivided attention, as if I was the only patient in the office (and I have not been!). She and her assistant Elizabeth (? I'm sorry if I missed your name!), who is bubbly and vibrant with incredible attention to detail, have worked through 2 fillings, a crown preparation procedure, temporary & permanent crown creation & seating, and buffing out a stain from a front tooth filling with precision and expertise. Their work flow is outstandingly efficient and communicative so I knew everything that was going on. I was even referred out to a local endodontist for my pre-crown root canal and that ended up being it's own amazing story of a good experience! (Dr. Packer @ Dominion Endodontics if you are curious) And I can't forget to mention Ada, who helps navigate the pitfalls of dental insurance for the office and fight the good fight for the patients. If there have been any problems with my insurance, I wouldn't know -- but I'm sure that was because Ada handled it. I DO know that she's been very kind and friendly on each visit. So in short, the entire staff at Bloom is AMAZING. Dr. Joyce has curated an expert team of real people with amazing talent, history and personality that shines. I would recommend you absolutely start or continue your dental health journey here!!!! Small disclaimer: I have absolutely no fear of dentistry and a high tolerance for pain. I want to make clear however, that through all my procedures, I could not imagine a different experience even if I did have sensitivities and aversions. (and in fact Jodie even educated me about how my pain tolerance can effect my dental health -- so interesting!)"
