"I had an urgent windshield replacement need. Empire said they had it in stock and would call me right back with the color of the tint. Hours go by. I finally call them back, they don't answer. I called multiple times over several hours and they finally answer and say yeah. I know, we didn't end up having it in stock. Really annoyed that I spent the whole day waiting for them to call me back but they didn't want to waste their time returning my call when they knew that they could not do the job . The moment they think they can't sell you something They don't bother to return the call. What does that say about the company? Very disappointed."

"will never do business again with them . nothing but lies and time wasted . Sent them pictures of my truck, vins , and even parts number was told multiple times they have it. drove 2 hours from baltimore in heavy traffic to get my window replace only to get there and they have the wrong one after being told “we have the only one in the east coast” . the guys on site where very helpful called different places but no one has it… i call back but they only forward calls . if i can rate them no stars i would"

"Empire Auto was quick, inexpensive, and accommodating to get my passenger window fixed. I sent a message late at night and they called to schedule a time the next morning. I told them I would be out of town the next day so they were wonderful enough to rearrange multiple appointments to squeeze me in. A hurricane was coming through that weekend and my car was parked outside so this alleviated alot of worry for me. They came over and the process was very smooth. The one small complaint I have is that the window would open back up when I tried to close it all the way. This was easily fixed after a few minutes of searching on Google for how to reset the window. I would definitely use Empire Glass again if I need a car window fixed."
