"My first day at Aspen they treated me like royalty. And they gave me a bill for treatment like I was from royal blood. Yes, I needed a lot of work done, but not ten thousand dollars' worth. I agree like another patient said they (Aspen Dental) are stealing our money. They refused to give me a break down of what was done on the day it was done then they charged me twice for an electric toothbrush, and charge d me full prices to pull a piece of tooth as a full extraction. and they did a deep cleaning on four full quad when i did have four full quads and on the right-side Kataya said my right side didn't need a deep cleaning and i was out of her chair in a flash. And she triggered my anxiety by just sticking the needle in my gum which really hurt me. The week I had my first appointment, they were running a special on $9 membership. They never offered me the special the charged me $35 which they were looking into it and they never got back to me until I cancelled the remaining appointments. But on the last day I was there I wanted to address the membership fee, the electric toothbrush and an itemize receipt at the end of my visit. A woman called me up for help, i told her my issues, she scribbled down my claim and said she'd get back to me. So i asked her name and she replied she was just someone helping around the office. i respond by saying, so your name is "someone just helping around the office." to my disbelief she said her name was Sharon she was the regional manager. I was blown away and decided never to return. as consumers we need to file legal complaints and a class action lawsuit, because the $800plus change i spent on some temporary dentures i cant even wear, because they are very uncomfortable. They are nice people but something is truly wrong somewhere at this place and I wish i could say specific what is going on but i can't"

"I don't know who to trust here... I got an aligners plan from last summer to today for the amount of $2832.00. My dental insurance was responsible for 50% of the amount while I was paying my responsibility with an 18month payment plan with my medical card. It was the beginning of December when my dental office told me my insurance "rejected" their responsibility and made me pay the other 50% with the same medical card. I called my dental insurance about this, and they now proceed to pay their responsibility. Now, you would think that the dental office would give me the reimbursement from my dental insurance for having me pay for their responsibility, but instead I got charged for a past due amount for ANOTHER service that my dental insurance rejected. I called my dental insurance for what I was responsible for what I paid. They said I wasn't supposed to pay that past due amount and that they've been giving money for their responsibility for my aligner plan. My overall takeaways: You will not have any clarification and your money will get taken away for responsibilities that aren't yours from Aspen Dental."

"I don’t recommend this company. The receptionist at the front desk is rude. On first visit, they make you pay for your x-rays regardless of what the monthly maximum is with your insurance. This is because they refuse to label X-rays as “preventative and diagnostic”. You don’t get to choose which what dental treatments you want. I just wanted 2 cleaning a year. But because the dentist says that you need X treatment, you must pay for X treatment. Even if you don’t want the treatment or think it’s unnecessary. They don’t answer the phone. Your call gets sent to a call center somewhere where they’re not employees and don’t really don’t know what’s going on. Crooked big corporate vibes. Try a smaller family dentist office instead. They will reply to each low-rated review on here to say they’re sorry and that they strive to provide great customer service. This is a social media PR tactic that every company uses when receiving negative reviews online. Don’t buy it. You’re in better hands anywhere else."

"This was my first visit to Aspen Dental. After I arrived, we determined that I needed records from my previous dentist in order to proceed. So I drove across town, picked up records and returned to Aspen, and by then had missed my appointment time by several hours. But rather than make an appointment for another day, the flexible crew worked me right into schedule and never missed a beat. I was extremely pleased with their excellent customer service and Dr. Parkman's skills, and very happy with the dental hygienist and her expert results. I'm certain that I'll be a satisfied, long term patient!"

"Oh, my goodness. I can't rave enough about the friendliness of this wonderful staff. Every staff member through the whole visit were just so sweet and supportive. I would definitely recommend Aspen Dental on Midlothian to anyone looking for a dentist. Not only were they courteous, but they were also knowledgeable and time conscious. I felt very assured having them work on my teeth."
