"I went to sell two toys. Before I brought the toys in I had asked if the store was buying today. The associate said that they buy everyday, so I went to the car and brought in the two items, filled out the form and the associate said they'd be done "shortly" since it was only two things and when they were done, they'd send me a text. I then walked around the store, found a cute outfit I liked for my 1 year old and just kept browsing, as I waited for the text. About 45 minutes had past and still no text. I had purposely waited in the store to be finished faster, as I had many other things to do that morning. I walked up to the register and asked when I should expect my items to be done. The same associate that said the transaction would be done quickly, looked dumbfounded by what was happening. She asked what I had brought in. I reminded her that it was the two toys. She checked and came back to say the items had been finished 40 minutes ago!!! I said I received no text. She apologized. I said, there should be some kind of announcement that can be made in the store that let's the customer know when their stuff is ready. I felt glued to my phone waiting for a text that would never come. The associate offered some points toward my next in store purchase. She should've offered a discount on the item I brought to the register, but she didn't. So, I just left it in the store. My time wasn't valuable here! I wasn't valuable here! Why not offer a discount on the item I wanted that day? While the associates were folding clothes, laughing and chatting, and with literally less than 5 customers in the store, they let me walk around aimlessly for 45 minutes without making sure I knew my stuff was ready. My time is valuable, not just yours! I won't be back."

"From the moment that I walked into this establishment and encountered the first associate to sell my merchandise, I received superb customer service!!! I was very impressed when it was communicated that they do not accept hyperallergenic items such as blankets, stuffed animals, etc. As a very health-conscious Mom, I really appreciate it!! I received a fair price for my merchandise, and the explanation for the items that they do not accept was clear and concise. Shout out to Ms. Brandi at the register for her professionalism, her enthusiasm, and her kindness in offering to assist me with carrying my large items to the car (though I didn't need it but I appreciated her kindness)!!!! My 5-star rating is reflective of not only the superb customer service, but this location is exceptionally clean, organized, and all of the items are in excellent condition!! I highly recommend this establishment to any parent seeking to receive a fair price when selling their items, or wanting to purchase high quality children's apparel (ages infant to youth), toys, books, or baby necessities at a significantly reduced price!!!"

"Brought 2 bags full of clothes in and they took about 70% out of. I wasn’t expected much from other reviews but they offered me $65! Not bad. Then found the cutest pair of shoes for my child! Good price. I would def come back and recommend to anyone"

"I recently moved here and normally sell my items online on multiple platforms. I’m trying to downsize and so I’m happy that I could take a lot of items to this store and sell them to get them off of my hands. I took a lot of what was left to Goodwill because I simply don’t have time to post them all. I am thankful for this and other stores that do this. I know that the offer isn’t going to be what I could sell them for or what they’re going to sell them for because they have to make money off of these items. So everyone that is upset with the offer amounts should probably post and sell the items themselves. This is a business that has to pay the bills to keep the store open as well as has to pay all of those employees that you see when you go in there."

"This store has a large selection of well priced kids clothes and toys. I was very surprised how good quality their used selection of items were. Tons of shoes, strollers, toys, books, and all kinds of clothes for a good price. As of 5/20/2023 they are buying items but not selling any yet. Their official open date should be in “a couple weeks”."
