"Dr. Guo saw my 85 year old father for a dental emergency tonight, after his own dentist and dental hygienist referred him to ER, where 8 ER doctors treated the dislocated jaw over four hour period with no luck, putting him through excruciating pain. "Keep away from this place, an insane blackhole. The front desk staff physical assaulted customers, and their doctor would stealthily cancel your appointment without notifying you, and if you ask why then they would tell you that you never scheduled it. And crazy thing is, they charge about $7000 dollars for implanting a single tooth. Go google the regular price, this place is insane. And they will only tell you the price after they finish half of your treatment, then you have no choice. Here is the thing I experienced, I recorded every phone call as evidence and will lawsuit this clinic. In December 15th 2021, we called their office to reschedule our appointment. Dr. Guo answered the phone and told us she could reschedule it to Feb 7th 2:00pm. Then on Feb 7th, when we went there, Dr. Guo said "No way, you didn't ask me to reschedule it, you just ask me to cancel it". So she meant the Feb 7th 2:00pm was made out from nothing. Thanks to the modern technology, we finally found the phone call voice record of that phone, A 2 minutes 22 seconds record on December 15, 1:58pm, which Dr. Guo clearly said "How about February 7th 2:00pm" and "See you in February." using Chinese. We will show this evidence on the court. Our dental medication is delayed three times by them, this is the third time. The first time happened in 2018, which they tried to fool us about the payment. In 2018, they told us our insurance can't cover the treatment only after half of the treatment has been done. That means, no matter you agree or not, you have to pay me in retail full price, $7000 for a single teeth, otherwise we will leave a hole in your mouth. I choose to expose it because we can't forgive them three times."
