"Honestly, I hate to have to even give them 1 star! I am a return customer to this location to have the convertible top to my car fixed that was under warranty. While there I asked, he also fix the interior to the top, which would be an added charge. When I got my car back the two issues, I brought my car in for APPEARED to be fixed however the list of issues that he created was ridiculous! 1) Rear Windows wouldn't go up 2) Convertible top wouldn't go down 3) Warning on the dash saying the hood would not latch 4) The roof trim was not put on correctly to prevent leaking As if the issues weren't bad enough, he wasn't willing to fix the car which left us having to find another place to fix it. We were lucky enough to find a reputable place that could fix the mess they left, but the damage was extreme. The convertible top latching motor needed replaced and installed, correct incorrectly installed window seals, reset and readjust convertible top and windows. The total bill was over $2000. And K&K Auto was not willing to compensate for any of this that THEY CAUSED! If you were smart you WOULD NOT GO HERE WITH ANY CARS!!!!!!! His work is HORRIBLE and Customer Service is Worse!!!!!!!!"
