"I have to give a shout out to Mark & his mechanics for the wonderful service plus going above & beyond to help a stranded woman out with my car yesterday. I stopped @ Black Diamond in the morning to pick up a Powell Valley News, & when I came back to my car, it wouldn't start although my battery was fine. After trying for several minutes, I called a towing service that I knew & had used before, & he said that he was out of town. He recommended Mark who was next door. Well, he came, & figured out that one of the possible problems was the brake light switch, & I had no brake lights. How nice of him, he gave me a ride home, & his business called me about 330 PM that my car was ready. The problem was that the brake lamp had to be replaced, & it affected my car starting. Fast, & excellent service, I highly recommend Mark's Alignment & Wrecker, & won't hesitate to use them again. Thanks to all of you!"

"Excellent customer service! While my Mom was there with her car, there was a guy throwing a fit like a man child cause his vehicle wasn't going to be able to get fixed that day. Instead of understanding that Mark has professional etiquette & doesn't value 1 customer over the other the guy made a fool of himself & Mark was a true gentleman. He didn't respond to the guy! The world today needs more of that!"
