"Very nice, friendly and helpful. I felt like I was treated professionally and with kindness. Unfortunately, I am really having an extremely hard time trying to get my denture to fit at all! It will not stay in my mouth and it makes my lips stick out like a boxer with a dental guard in! It will not stay attached to my palate and it's way too thick as well. I've had them adjust these 2 times and yet I am still not able to wear them at all. Hopefully they will make me a new one but it has ruined my Christmas dinner and plans."

"The staff were all very kind. I made an appointment online last night for a broken tooth. I got in at 9 this morning, and I’m scheduled to get my dental work done Monday. For reference, today is Friday. I really appreciated the dentist and his honesty and bedside manner. They provided an entire treatment plan for my teeth with options, allowing me to have a say in my care. They had financing options that made everything affordable and easy. So far I’m really happy with my experience here."

"DO NOT GO TO ASPEN DENTAL IN BRISTOL TN. I made that mistake but it won’t happen again.. I had all my teeth pulled at once, NOT a pleasant experience. Then was treated rudely and ignored when asking to see dentist. They don’t like being questioned. I asked for my money back and that was a fight. Arguing with me instead of holding up to their guarantee “ happy or your money back”. They charged for procedures that they don’t do. And get really upset when questioned about charges. I was charged $268 plus $152 for each tooth removed. The office manager said the $268 was because he used a special tool. I think $420 is a bit much for having a tooth pulled. Special tool or not that’s ridiculous. My first pair of dentures never fit right. Hurt my mouth and were crooked and didn’t fit properly, I was sent home like that. I had my teeth pulled in March and have never been able to wear my temporary set. So I have to go without my teeth till I can get a new dentist.. I will tell anyone who asks not to go to Aspen dental in Bristol Tn."

"I was in need of a dentist because of medication that I was taking from so many surgeries. In the past two years my teeth was breaking off enamel was coming off and they were falling out. I had really good teeth before this, but I had to do something to get off of the pain medication that I was taking so I took the medication that cause my teeth to fall out break off by eating an apple I had the strongest teeth in the world and actually they were pretty white. .See I used to be in the music business. I used to Sing professionally for a living and my smile was always really nice except for I have an overbite that I wanted to get rid of as soon as possible and I went to Aspen Dental and they fix me they gave me my quotes of what they were going to do to me and I go back today at 2 o’clock to get all of my teeth out which is 19 or 20 the eight of them were broken off and the other ones the roots are just no good, so I’m getting them all taken out and getting immediate dentures. I got to pick out the color I wanted which was not snow white looking fake looking, but beautiful white I’m very anxious but I want to get it done. Even though I saw bad reviews on this dentist on the web I still called them directly. I said I will have to see it for myself. I did not see that it was not there.They are the Nicest people in the world And treated me with respect and dignity, and made me feel welcome in so many ways. If you want a dentist to take care of you and make you feel welcome and show you respect so you can keep your dignity without walking out without teeth. This is the dentist to go to Aspen Dental in Bristol. That’s the one that I’m going to today maybe I will put on some before and after pictures . Thank you and have a nice day."
