"Absolutely horrible experience. Had plugs changed and the "mechanic" had no idea what she was doing. When the car was finished, it had a horrible miss in it that wasn't there when it was dropped off.the mechanic had no idea what happened or how to fix it. Broke my dipstick and tried to charge me for it. When I complained about the miss. Tried to charge me again. I finally had to take the car somewhere else"
"Had my oil changed there, they were too busy so I went somewhere else. The place I went told me my drain plug was stripped out and had loctite on it! And heltons never told me! Now I get to replace my oil pan! I'll not go there again!"
"This is a very busy place so that means they do great work. But because they are busy it's hard to get major work done quickly, but they will help you with oil changes, tires, etc as much as possible as soon as they can."
