"Dr. Vestal was my dentist for 2 to 3 yrs. On Dec. 15, 2022, I called at 10 a.m. with jaw pain, & was told to make an appt with a periodontist. By 3 p.m. the pain was intense & centered around a molar capped in Nov. by Dr. Vestal. I was told by her office they were closing at 4:30 for the holidays & couldn't take time to help me until they returned on Jan. 2, 2023. I couldn't wait 2 weeks, & complained about poor client care, & requested antibiotics, but that request was denied. When Dr. Vestal reopened in Jan., instead of scheduling me to be seen, I was sent a letter dismissing me from her care. (I had an infected molar that split in half before I found a new dentist to extract it on Feb. 3, 2023.) Additionally, my teeth had shifted drastically over the past 18 months, overlapping & collapsing inward. Dr. Vestal claimed it was age, & referred me to an orthodontist. My new dental office diagnosed bone loss due to periodontal disease, which was overlooked during cleanings by Dr. Vestal's office, the last cleaning just 6 months prior in July of 2022. I may lose some teeth due to their incompetence."

"I haven’t actually been here, I have heard great things about this place, I am very insecure about my smile because of them being knocked out by someone and now they are just falling apart and leaving me in so much pain, I don’t have a regular dentist , and I don’t have a lot of money, I’m just practically begging someone to help me. Pro bono work or help me find someone who will help , you can remove this if you want. Just asking for help before I pull them myself ."
