"Ok, so today, we wanted them to change out back passenger brakes. Dude takes off tire, breaks the part that was holding the bracket to the caliper, we had been driving the car for the previous 3 hours, so I know it wasn't broken already, then didnt have the part to fix it. Told them to just put the wheel back on, we will fix it ourselves, then charged us $10 to take a tire off, break a part, and put the tire back on. The lady that was working in the office was rude! I would never go back there!!!!!!!!!"
